Welcome! I’m Monika- a yoga teacher in Tralee.
I teach gentle yoga for beginners and intermediate students, focusing on simple, effective movement and clear guidance. My classes combine physical practice with core yoga philosophy to support both your body and your mind. I believe in yoga’s therapeutic power to reduce stress, ease burnout, and help rebalance the system. My goal is to offer practical, grounding sessions that help you feel better—inside and out.

I attended a candlelight yoga class with Monica recently and it was so nice and relaxing. I slept so well that night and my lower back pain that was hanging around all week was gone when I woke up! Will definitely be back ❤️

Lovely relaxing 30 minute trial yoga class last night Monica is lovely and gave clear precise instructions on what we should be doing during the class felt very relaxed after the class
