Welcome! I’m Monika- a yoga teacher in Tralee.
I teach gentle yoga for beginners and intermediate students, focusing on simple, effective movement and clear guidance. My classes combine physical practice with core yoga philosophy to support both your body and your mind. I believe in yoga’s therapeutic power to reduce stress, ease burnout, and help rebalance the system. My goal is to offer practical, grounding sessions that help you feel better—inside and out.

If you looking for a real yoga experience Mika Yoga is your space. Monica is more than a yoga teacher and her classes are way more than just asanas. She will calm and relax your mind and body with compassion and great understanding of yoga philosophy. Her classes are very much suitable to all - from very beginners to advanced levels. Highly recommend Mika Yoga Studio! As a guy in my 40s, I was looking for a way to fix my mobility issues and general stiffness. The Wednesday evening class for men is exactly what I needed. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my stretching, which helps me stay comfortable and productive at work.
